NEWS FROM THE SIXTH GRADE
The sixth grade is off to a great start! There are many privileges that come with being a PDS sixth grader, yet many extra responsibilities as well. This year's group seems ready to meet the challenge. They have been hard at work with parts of speech in English; place value in Math; cells, the basic unit of life, in science; and a geography unit in social studies. We are reading new stories, learning lots of new vocabulary, spelling new words, and enjoying our Bible studies. Special classes are lots of fun and kickball is king a recess. Throughout all we do, we are remembering to treat one another with respect, make wise decisions, and above all, listen to the Voice of Truth.
